As managing partner, Dana oversees the overall strategic direction and operations of the firm, while continuing to serve clients in his role as a consultant. Dana has developed his skills and experience through different industries, including having clients in the cannabis industry and expertise with crypto currencies. Assisting clients ranging in size from small, family-owned businesses to corporations. He has also consulted on issues including financial analysis, with a number of companies on their general business operations including workflow, waste reduction, strategy, growth and profit initiatives.
