Dana founded Accounting Your Life in 2016 with a thesis the industry has slowly come around to: accounting is no longer a back-office function. It’s a strategic discipline that should be operating in lockstep with leadership.
A decade later, that thesis has been borne out across AEC, hospitality, food and beverage, automotive, cannabis, and professional services — helping operators improve cash flow visibility, strengthen reporting, reduce avoidable risk, and make better financial decisions.
In 2023, the Orange County Business Journal recognized him as a CFO of the Year nominee. Today, he leads AYL’s strategic direction while still serving select clients as their trusted advisor.
